Prefabricated Building Assembled at Trade Show

Working with Intermodal Structures (IMS), SBA has designed a prefabricated building system for use at overseas sites. The modules are constructed in a shipping container factory in China. When assembled, the high performance buildings provide office, classroom, and residential facilities for military and relief workers. At the recent ‘National Defense Transportation Association Convention’ in Washington DC, an assembly team built an IMS office building in only five hours.
