Hilltop School
Richmond, CA
This underutilized site adjacent to Richmond’s Hilltop Mall was redeveloped to house two charter schools which share a common gymnasium. Tilt up concrete construction was utilized, with sunshades and bright colors adding articulation to the buildings’ facades.
